Adding a form to your checklist

Forms can be added as tasks within your checklist:

  1. Open a checklist in your library
  2. Click Edit
  3. Add a new task
  4. From the dropdown menu, select the Form type

Forms are comprised of one or more fields, each of which has a type and can be marked required. Each time the checklist is run, the assignee will be asked to submit a value for each field in the form.

Available form field types:
